We’re hiring a full-time Kennel Technician to join our pack at Biggest Little Paws in Sparks, NV! If you’re dependable, hardworking, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dog environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Details:

Schedule: All shifts are from 7am-7pm, Sunday-Monday available. 1-4 days a week.
Starting Pay: $14-$16/hour.
Full-time position.
Opportunity for growth within the company.

Daily Responsibilities:

Cleaning kennels and facility areas.
Picking up dog waste and maintaining clean play yards.
Feeding and watering dogs.
Rotating dogs safely between kennels and play groups.
Supervising dogs and monitoring behavior.
Assisting with daily kennel operations and sanitation.

Requirements:

This is a physically demanding position and is not just playing with dogs. Applicants should be:

Reliable and punctual.
Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
Able to tolerate loud environments.
Able to work well under stress.
Able to stand, walk, bend, and clean throughout the day.
Comfortable handling repetitive cleaning tasks.
Able to work independently and efficiently.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Experience in animal care is a plus, but willingness to learn and strong work ethic are most important.
